Seamus 0 Riain –Group3 –Round 1

Moycarkey played Lorrha /Dorrha in the first round Sunday evening in Roscrea. In a tough match in testing conditions Moycarkey came away with a 6 point win. An under strength Moycarkey team lost to Loughmore in Castleiney Sunday morning.

Juvenile fixtures

Both our under 12 teams are in action this week. Our A team is at home to JK Brackens on Tuesday evening and our D team is away to Clonakenny on Thursday evening

Our under 14 team are home to Durlas og this Thursday evening in first round football championship.

Under 8 training is back every Saturday morning 10.30am in Littleton pitch.

Under 6 training started back on Saturday at 11am in Littleton. All new children welcome.

Membership 2018

Membership for 2018 season is now overdue .It  can be paid to Senior club secretary Michele McKelvey or Juvenile club registrar Mary Shelly.The membership rates are as follow s Juvenile  30,Minor 30 ,Adult player 50,Family (2 adults and 2 boys) 70.Note each additional boy is 15.Non players/Mentors 40.


Moycarkey Borris Ladies Football and Camoige Club.

Under 12 first team in camogie beat Holycross and our second under 12 camoige team were defeated by a strong Fethard first team.

Under 14 girls win Peile B County final.

After a win against Arravale Rovers in lattin cullen the girls made the trip down to clonmel og where they played Cappawhite in the semi.
Clonmel Commercials where waiting for them in final where the girls led by captain Emma o Sullivan played with great heart and determination to come from behind and win by a goal.
Fantastic achievement for girls and mentors.

Hard luck to our Junior Ladies Football team who narrowly lost out to Lattin Ladies.


Tipperary Minor Football

Tipperary will play Limerick  in the Electric Ireland Munster GAA Football Minor Championship play offs on Wednesday April 18th at 6.30pm in New Castle West Limerick.

The club is represented by Max Hackett, Kevin Hayes and Kyle Shelly all which are on the starting 15 ,a great achievement for the club.
