Moycarkey-Borris GAA Club Notes - February 25th 2013

MEMBERSHIP AND REGISTRATION: Club membership and registration for 2013 is now open and can be paid to John Kelly, Mary Shelly or Rita Clohessy. Membership must be paid as soon as possible. Non player membership of 40 euro available to supporter, this membership includes text messaging for fixtures and general club information, please contact club officers if you are interested in supporters membership. All players must have membership paid prior to commencement of competitions. 

COUNTY SENIOR HURLING CHALLENGE CUP: Moycarkey-Borris have been drawn to play Burgess in the first round of the County Senior Hurling Challenge Cup on Sunday March 3rd in Kilcolman. Please support our team in their first competitive match of the season.

CLUB COMMITTEE MEETING: A meeting of the senior club committee will take place this Thursday night at 8.30 in the club rooms.

EASTER HURLING/FOOTBALL CAMP: There will be a three day camp in the hurling field from Tue 2nd April to Thur 4th April from 10 am to 1pm.It is open to all registered primary school boys and girls from 6 to 13 years of age. It will cost €20 per child and all children will receive a sliotar and football.If interested please contact Mary Shelly (086 3190653) asap.

ANNUAL CHURCH GATE COLLECTION: The Annual church gate collection will take place this weekend in the parish churches, help required. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

MOUTH GUARDS: Mouth guards have now become compulsory for all juvenile football players. Players must wear a mouth guard for all football training sessions and matches.

CLUB GEAR: Club body warmers and track suit pants are currently in stock and available to buy from Catherine Gleeson.
