Moycarkey Borris GAA Club Notes - 20th February 2017

“Tipperary Water” County Hurling League Division 2 Group 1
Moycarkey Borris will meet Templederry Kenyons in round one of the “Tipperary Water” County Hurling League in Templederry on Sunday, March 12th at 12 noon. In round 2 and 3 they will host Loughmore-Castleiney and Toomevara, respectively. Moycarkey Borris will have to travel to O’Sullivan Park, Ballingarry for their round four game against Ballingarry and finally they will host Carrick Swans in the final round game.


"Tipperary Water" County Senior Hurling, Seamus O Riain Cup (Group 2)
In round one of this competition Moycarkey Borris have a bye. In round two they will meet Templederry Kenyons while in the last round, Moycarkey Borris will host Silvermines.


Tipperary County Board GAA Cul Camp Coaches

Tipperary GAA are recruiting part time coaches for their Cul Camp at the moment, full details are available on www.moycarkeyborris.com


Membership
Membership for the 2017 season is now open and can be paid to Senior Club Registrars Kieran Morris or James Power or Senior Club Secretary, Michelle McKelvey or Juvenile Club Registrar Mary Shelly. The membership rates are as follows - Juvenile (Single) Player - €30; Minor (Single) Player - €30; Adult (Single) Player - €50; Family (2 Adults / 2 Boys*) - €70 (Note: Each additional boy is €15); Non-Player / Mentors - €40.


Tipperary GAA Gaeltacht Scholarship
Tipperary GAA have announced details of their Gaeltacht Scholarship. Full details on how to apply and the application form are available on the website, www.moycarkeyborris.com

Congratulations to the Question time team who qualified for the Mid Final which will be held in Holycross on Saturday, March 4th at 7pm.


Moycarkey Borris Camogie and Ladies Football Club
Under 16

Training has commenced for the Under 16 team as fixtures in the County Tipperary Ladies Football Championship are due to start shortly. The first game is at home to Holycross Ballycahill with two away games to follow in Moyne Templetuohy and Silvermines.
